According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994., bed linen and other bedding are not subject to exchange and refundIf they are of good quality.

These goods include bedding, pillows, blankets, mattresses, rugs, bedspreads, mattress covers, bathrobes, etc.

Returns and exchanges are possible only in the case of goods of inadequate quality within 14 days if:

 1. 1. The product has factory defect.

 2. Size or configuration do not correspond to those specified in the order.

Attention! Claims for defects are accepted only during inspection at a Nova Poshta branch.

You are welcome, carefully check the parcel upon receiptregardless of the payment method.

After confirmation of receipt of the parcel, claims for defects are not considered.

When problems are detected:

 - take a photo/video of the defect;

 - immediately send it to us at Instagram Direct for prompt resolution of the situation.

 Terms of return or exchange:

 - the product was not in use;

 - preserved presentation and consumer properties;

 - has the original packaging;

 - factory labels are not damaged.
